1. Returns for Defective Products
We accept returns on defective tires and wheels that meet the following conditions:
· The tire has a manufacturer defect that impacts safety or performance.
· The issue is verified by our team upon inspection at a SwitchTire location.
· The return request is made within 30 days of purchase.
Steps for a Return:
· Bring the defective tire or wheel to a SwitchTire location with your proof of purchase.
· Our team will inspect the tire or wheel and confirm whether it qualifies for a return.
· If approved, a refund or store credit will be provided in accordance with the manufacturer’s warranty.
2. No Exchanges – Final Sale Policy
All tire and wheel sales are final, and we do not offer exchanges. To ensure you select the right tire for your vehicle, our team is happy to assist with recommendations before purchase.
3. Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:
· Tires or wheels that have been mounted, used, or driven on beyond reasonable inspection.
· Tires or wheels damaged by improper installation, road hazards, or neglect.
· Tires or wheels returned without proof of purchase.
· Non-defective tires due to size or preference issues.
4. Manufacturer Warranties
Most tires and wheels come with a manufacturer’s warranty that covers defects in materials and workmanship. If a tire is eligible for a warranty claim, we will assist in facilitating the process with the manufacturer.
5. Refund Processing
If a return is approved, refunds will be processed as follows:
· Payments made by credit card will be refunded to the original payment method.
· Cash or debit payments will be refunded via store credit or cheque processing (allow up to 10 business days).
